Director of the Project Management Office

Kyle is the Director of the Project Management Office for BIAS and she has been managing projects for over 25 years.

She started her career in banking before transitioning to the FinTech space.  There, she began managing projects and leading global teams of consultants and project managers. These projects spanned business units and practices consisting of large core banking conversions, that included the surround applications of ATM, EFT, Financials, Budget and Planning, Risk Management, Account Reconcilement, and Data Warehouse and all were delivered via Cloud, SaaS or On-Premise. Leveraging that experience, she defined and created standards for consistent delivery of on-time, on-budget and high-quality projects. Her most important metric is being able to deliver a client experience that, over the years, has resulted in a Net Promoter Score of 75.

A certified PMP (Project Management Professional) for over 18 years, Kyle received her education in Accounting, Finance and Banking at Fairmont State University. The Voice of the Customer is the most significant source of Kyle’s passion for continued education.
