BIAS has completed hundreds of successful Oracle E-Business Suite engagements for industry leading organizations around the world.  BIAS recently helped a medical device supplier upgrade from 11.5.7 to R12.1.3, including database, hardware and applications, making them compliant with current Oracle standards for support from Oracle at the R12 level, which included Financial Close, Order to Cash and Procure-to-Pay. For a national beverage distributor, BIAS stabilized the Oracle R12 implementation of Financial Close and Procure-to-Pay business flows after analyzing the firm’s existing architecture following a poorly executed upgrade by another firm. During the engagement, BIAS replaced a 14-year veteran incumbent and implemented “Texas” (10 month/6 FTE), which involved the Alcoholic Beverage Commission (ABC) rules and represented significant revenue. BIAS implemented the financial, reporting and transactional coding for the project, including custom-built interfaces with legal and confidential IT work.
