JOB SUMMARY BIAS Corporation, an Atlanta based Software Services company has an exciting. opportunity for an DevOps Engineer at its Bangalore office to assist with the ongoing development and enhancement of BIAS’s automation capabilities centered on the BIAS Digital Platform (BDP). BIAS continually improves its use of automation across the entirety of its services portfolio, and the Devops Engineer will be instrumental in adding additional capabilities to BDP as well as creating specific automation assets built on the BDP foundation. DevOps Engineers will additionally assist other BIAS. delivery teams in the creation of reuse assets in a DevOps mentorship/SME capacity. This job description provides a high-level review of the types of work performed. Other job-related duties may be assigned as required.

JOB SUMMARY

Supply Chain Solution Architect to lead and manage consulting engagements using Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) and Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) and Configure-to-Order (CTO).

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Deliver projects using Oracle Application Implementation Methodology (AIM) incorporating Agile and SCRUM aspects
  • Solution the integrations (OIC, MuleSoft and Azure APIM), CEMLI remediation and data migration strategies
  • Identify automation opportunities and communicate to project team for execution using Avo Assure, Selenium, Blue Prism and MS Power Automate.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, an Engineering discipline or a closely related field with five years of progressively responsible experience in the job offered or as a Group Manager
  • Any suitable combination of education, training or experience is acceptable

BIAS Corporation, an Oracle Platinum Partner and award-winning systems integrator headquartered in Atlanta, GA has a new opportunity for a Financial Planning and Analysis. We are looking for a candidate that brings strong analytical and interpersonal skills, and who understands the FP&A Function and its role in the organization. This is a critical role which will have exposure across the leadership team in a dynamic, fast-growing software and technical services company.

 

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Monthly forecast and support the annual budget process that clearly aligns financial goals with strategic and operational initiatives.
  • Support the monthly close process by partnering with accounting to ensure accuracy of results.
  • Perform financial analysis and complete variance analyses by identifying key drivers of variances in order to provide meaningful insight and analysis to help management understand and improve financial performance across the organization.
  • As a critical business partner, work with department heads to better understand financial performance and identify opportunities to better manage the business. Provide business insight and analysis to help department heads identify areas of risk and opportunity to more effectively manage their group.
  • Business partner to the overhead organization to help drive projects and initiatives including analysis, coordination and measurement of results.
  • Work with leadership to establish meaningful allocation methodology for management, sales, marketing and other indirect expenses across practices, segments and regions that aligns with management framework and provides improved insight into profitability and performance and use methodology to calculate allocations.
  • Compile service organization financial performance decks for quarterly business reviews.

 

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

 

  • Excellent communication skills, including communication to the executive level
  • Experience using Oracle Financials, Projects, Hyperion and Budgeting & Planning a strong plus
  • Excellent quantitative and qualitative analytical skills
  • Advanced financial modeling and Excel skills
  • Proven understanding of complex business drivers, including heavy data analysis and effective management partnerships
  • A Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting from an accredited four-year college or university
  • Software and/or technical services industry experience a plus
