ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Wide range of general accounting responsibilities including month end close, reconciliations, account analysis, accrual calculations, journal entries, consolidations of offshore entities, monthly and quarterly reporting, and ad hoc analysis. Help ensure effective financial reporting, regulatory reporting, and compliance with GAAP.
  • Product Accounting and Forecasting for $50M+ hardware, software and Cloud resell business. Strong knowledge of ASC 606 revenue recognition principles.
  • Partner with VP Sales, CFO, VP Public Sector, and Deal Management in the ongoing management of the BIAS Resell Product business.
  • Along with Deal Management and Sales, work with Oracle, Arrow and other resell partners on all aspects of pricing, terms and conditions in the ongoing management of BIAS product resell portfolio.
  • Oversight of Company banking and cash reporting. Cash forecasting, reporting and analysis for CFO.
  • Help establish and document Management Controls and Accounting Policies. Ensure compliance with Company Policy.
  • Direct and advise other accounting staff on an informal basis.
  • Prepare work papers and gather support for Journal Entries and Financial Reports.
  • Provide support for project accounting and analysis.
  • Participate and manage some aspects of audits.
  • Prepare various Tax and Compliance filing and reporting for the company.
  • Support any management reporting initiatives as needed.

 

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

 

  • Software and/or technical services industry experience highly desired
  • Excellent communication skills, including communication to the executive level
  • 5-7 years of accounting experience in a dynamic, high growth environment
  • Experience using Oracle Financials, Projects, Hyperion a strong plus
  • Excellent quantitative and qualitative analytical skills
  • Advanced financial modeling and Excel skills
  • A Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting from an accredited four-year college or university
  • CPA/CPA track required
  • MBA is a plus

    Essential Skills:

    ·         Applicants should have approx. 8 years of Oracle SOA suite experience and 1-2 years in Oracle Integration Cloud(OIC) ideally with integration to/from Oracle Cloud Applications.

    • Knowledge and experience of Oracle or nonOracle Cloud Integration strategies and implementation.
    • Desired skills include OIC integrations with Oracle SaaS Applications like CPQ,SalesCloud,CommerceCloud,ERP Cloud etc.
    • Able to perform complex problem solving and should be comfortable working according to company policies and processes
    • Good business analysis and strong technology skills.
    • Experience in working as part of external/internal virtual team or alone as required by priorities
    • The ability to work in a collaborative and energetic environment with other technology and business disciplines

    • At least 10+ years of Middleware/Integration experience
    • Must-have built integrations with Oracle Cloud, SCM/OM is preferred
    • At least 3 full life cycle MuleSoft Project experience(Analysis, Design, Dev, Testing, Deployment
    • Demonstrated experience implementing Mule ESB architecture, rules, caching, etc.
    • Experienced troubleshooting Mule ESB, including working with debuggers, flow analyzers and configuration tools.
    • Ability to define MuleSoft physical architecture design best practices, create runbooks/playbooks, operations guides etc.
    • Experience in implementing best practices of MuleSoft is a BIG PLUS
    • Understanding of MuleSoft Deployment/Physical architecture(OnPrem, on Cloud and Hybrid) is a BIG PLUS
    • MuleSoft Certification is Desirable

    Responsibilities

    Identify, analyze and develop interfaces and integration flows using Mule ESB Anypoint platform including Mule Runtime, Connectors, Design Center and API management. Experience of building MuleSoft based integrations with Oracle Cloud is highly preferred.

    Responsible for programming and software development using various programming languages and related tools and frameworks, reviewing code written by other programmers, requirement gathering, bug fixing, testing, documenting and implementation.

    Explain complex technical issues to project managers, developers, team leads and architects in an easy to understand manner and recommend clearly thought out solutions.

    Develop solutions by designing system specifications, standards and programming

    Troubleshoot issues and provide bug fixes

    JOB SUMMARY

     

    The Solution Architect is a senior customer-facing role within BIAS and is critical to the relationship between the customer and BIAS. The Solution Architect acts as a bridge between the needs of the customer to the solutions and services that BIAS may offer to the customer.

     

    • Develops and delivers BIAS presentations and demonstrations
    • Leads any and all aspects of the technical sales process
    • Advises internal and external clients on overall architect solutions

     

    ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

     

    • Provide assessment of current state architecture and recommendation of future state architecture
    • Provide roadmap and migration methodology and identify quick wins
    • Define, develop and evolve architecture standards and principles
    • Provide non-routine and complex statements of work, work breakdown structure and/or level of effort and staff plans
    • Support sales teams in large-scale opportunities 
    • Conduct workshops and assist in project delivery as required

     

    EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

     

    • University Degree in Computer Sciences or similar IT related fields
    • 10+ years experience relevant to this position.
