euramaxEuramax R12 Upgrade: Oracle R12 upgrades are one of the more complex projects in the Oracle stack, and Euramax had already felt the pain of the previous upgrade with another consultant, which made them unable to ship product for nearly a month. The BIAS project manager was tasked with leading a team of 15 technical, functional and CEMLI (Conversion, Extension, Modification, Localization, and Integration) members in the U.S. and India to upgrade three environments simultaneously through three Conference Room Pilots (CRP), one User Acceptance Test (UAT) and one Production cut-over. The result was an upgrade that was delivered ahead of schedule, with zero Production impact. In the words of a Euramax executive, “Words cannot fully express management’s and the Board’s appreciation of your work on the Oracle R12 implementation.” The BIAS PM fostered “amazing collaboration between Euramax associates and our partners at BIAS.”
